You can find vegetarian fare at the Tusker House buffet, and even the carnivores will enjoy the spiced tofu. Epcot has wonderful restaurants representing food around the world. Le Cellier in Canada serves a steak that is a must-taste, but my favorite is Yorkshire County Fish Shop. It is busy, and hard to find a seat, but even standing, the fish and chips are the highlight of the park.
